My latest weigh in...

Ok, I went up .4lbs this week, but I see this as a step in the right direction since I have walked 2 miles every day for the past week. I have been a couch potato for a while now and getting out and running makes me feel like I accomplished something before 7a.m. so it makes me feel better as a whole. Besides, muscle weighs more than fat and I know my pants fit differently so I know I should not be upset about it.
